Dorothy Pak is a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP where she advises healthcare companies and other businesses in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. In addition to her health care work, Dorothy is heavily involved in economic development matters, representing businesses locating in Alabama in connection with the negotiation of incentives and the implementation of economic development projects.
Dorothy is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Economic Development Association of Alabama. In 2009 she was selected by the Birmingham Business Journal as one of Birmingham’s “Top 40 Under 40.” She received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1994, and her B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1991.
In addition to serving as the president of the MOMENTUM Alumnae Program, Dorothy is the incoming chairman of One Roof, an organization working to prevent and end homelessness in Central Alabama. She is also on the board of McWane Science Center and on the advisory board of Alys Stephens Center. She and her husband Steve stay very busy with their three children.
