We may collect Your Information in connection with your membership subscription, conference registration, online purchase, e-mail sent via our website, or other interactions you initiate with us through our website (the “Site”).

Information Collected Through E-mails
When you open an e-mail sent by us, we may receive a confirmation that you have opened the e-mail, if your computer supports such functionality. We may also archive e-mails that we send to or receive from you. MOMENTUM collects e-mail address information from you so that we may confirm and/or deliver your purchase, communicate with you regarding your order, subscription or registration, and alert you regarding other MOMENTUM programs, activities and services that may be of interest to you.

Information Collected Through Cookies

If you supply your telephone number to MOMENTUM, you may receive a telephone contact from us with information or questions regarding orders, subscriptions or registrations you have placed.

MOMENTUM collects mailing address information from you so that we may fulfill orders, subscriptions or registrations you submit to us and inform you of other MOMENTUM programs, activities and services in which you may be interested.

Credit Card Information
MOMENTUM collects your credit card information when you pay by that method. We use the information only to obtain payment for the MOMENTUM programs, products and services you purchase or the membership subscriptions or donations you submit. Your credit card information is revealed only on a need-to-know basis to complete your requested transaction. We work with PayPal’s secure site to collect credit card payments. MOMENTUM does not share your credit card information with any third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We do not store your credit card information.

Sharing of Your Information

We will share Your Information with:

  • Other businesses and individuals performing functions on MOMENTUM’s behalf.
  • Governmental authorities under subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes (such disclosure may be done without notice to you), as required by law, as necessary or appropriate to enforce our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our web site.

If you register for a Momentum conference, we may include your name, title, organization and the fact that you are registered for the conference on a roster of conference registrants that may be distributed to you and other attendees of the conference. If you submit a membership subscription, we may include your name, title, organization and the fact that you are a member of MOMENTUM in member listings on our site or shared with our members, sponsors and prospective members and sponsors.
